Edward Walker (ARCA 1879-19--)

Painter in watercolour, oil & tempera of landscapes & town scenes. Poster designer, craftworker. Born Bradford 17/1/1879. Studied at Bradford College of Art 1895-1900, and at RCA 1900-06. Worked widely in Europe. Lived for a time in Scarborough, Yorks. Was head of design department in Sheffield Technical School and was Headmaster of Scarborough School of Art.

Produced artwork for LNER Post-War series.
