One of a series of 24 prints showing historical scenes from the pre-grouping railway companies which later amalgamated to become the LMS (London Midland & Scottish Railway). Issued in 1951 by the London Midland Region of British Rail and commissioned by the Publicity Manager of the L.M.R., George Dow.
