Eric Hesketh Hubbard (PRBA, ROI, RBC, ARWA 1892-1957)

Landscape & architectural painter, etcher & furniture designer. Born 16/11/1892 in London. Educated Felsted School. Studied art at Heatherleys, Croydon School of Art and Chelsea Polytechnic. Member of many art societies. Represented in many public collections, home and abroad. Published a number of books including 'Colour Block Print Making' and 'Architectural Painting in Oils'. Founder and director of Forest Press. Lived Croydon, Surrey; Salisbury, Hants and later in London. Died 16/4/1957. Produced posters for LMS, SR & GWR.

Produced artwork for Southern Railway Post-War series.
