Henry James Denham (SMA, SGA 1893-)

Painter in oil & watercolour of marine and figure subjects, illustrator. Born Bristol and studied at Bristol School of Art 1906-13 under John Fisher and R.E.J.Bush. Was painting and life master at the school 1913-23. Founder member of Wapping Group 1946. Lived at West Wickham, Kent.

Produced artwork for LNER Post-War series.
